We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,

and the Trade and Economic, Technical, and Scientific Cooperation Agreement Between the Sultanate of Oman and the Republic of Turkey,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The Minister of Commerce and Industry is hereby authorised to sign the mentioned Agreement on Trade Exchange and Economic, Technical, and Scientific Cooperation Between the Sultanate of Oman and the Republic of Turkey.

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.

and Royal Decree 8/80 Issuing the Civil Service Law and its amendments,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

In exception to the provisions of the mentioned Civil Service Law, Said bin Mohammed bin Sultan Al-Sulaimani—at the Ministry of Education—is hereby transferred to the first financial grade of the first circle of the general schedule.

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.

– Salim bin Mubarak bin Salim Al-Shanfari, Director General of Financial and Administrative Affairs.

– Abdullah bin Aqeel bin Ahmed Ibrahim, Chairman of Dhofar Municipality.

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force as of 1 January 1993.

We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

A fund named the “Ministry of the Palace Office Pension Fund” is hereby established in accordance with this decree.

Article II

The fund has an independent legal personality and is not considered a government administrative unit.

Article III

The Minister of Palace Office Affairs shall issue the constitution of the fund and its internal regulations.

Article IV

The Minister of the Office of the Palace Affairs and all other relevant entities shall implement this decree, each within their field of mandates.

Article V

All that is contrary to this decree is hereby repealed.

Article VI

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.
