We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,

Royal Decree 19/92 Authorising the Minister of Transport to Sign a Bilateral Agreement Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the Syrian Arab Republic on Air Services Between and Beyond Their Respective Territories,

and the provisions of the mentioned agreement signed in Muscat on 4 May 1992,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The mentioned Bilateral Agreement Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the Syrian Arab Republic on Air Services Between and Beyond Their Respective Territories is hereby ratified.

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.

Ambassador Mahmoud bin Ali bin Mohammed Al-Rahma—Our ambassador to the Republic of Sudan—is hereby appointed a non-resident ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary of Ours to the Republic of Rwanda, the Republic of Uganda, and the Republic of Burundi.
