We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,

and the Air Transport Agreement Between the Sultanate of Oman and the Swiss Confederation initialled on 21 September 1984,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article 1

The Minister of Transport is hereby authorised to sign the mentioned Air Transport Agreement Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the Swiss Confederation.

Article 2

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article 1

The mentioned Agreement on the Reciprocal Exemption of Tax on Income Derived from Air Transport Activities Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the State of Kuwait is hereby ratified.

Article 2

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.

after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,

the Banking Law 7/74 and its amendments,

and Royal Decree 42/81 Increasing the Capital of the Central Bank of Oman,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article 1

The authorised capital of the Central Bank of Oman is hereby increased from fifty million to one hundred million Rial Omani, provided that the paid-up capital is set at one hundred million Rial Omani as of 31 December 1985.

Article 2

The Central Bank of Oman shall pay the increase stipulated in article 1 of this decree on 31 December 1985, from its general reserve.

Article 3

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.

Article 15 of the mentioned Law on Pensions and End of Service Gratuity for Omani Government Officers is hereby amended to read as follows:

All officers shall be exempted from contributions for the period of their previous service until June 1986, and the collection of contributions stipulated in article 14 must start from the salary of July 1986.

Article 2

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from 1 January 1986.
