We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,

and the initialled Air Transport Agreement Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the Federal Republic of Germany,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article 1

The Minister of Transport is hereby authorised to sign the mentioned Air Transport Agreement Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the Federal Republic of Germany.

Article 2

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.

and the Agreement on the Reciprocal Exemption of Tax on Income Derived From Air Transport Activities Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the State of Kuwait,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article 1

The Deputy Prime Minister for Financial and Economic Affairs is hereby authorised to sign the Agreement on the Reciprocal Exemption of Tax on Income Derived From Air Transport Activities Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the State of Kuwait.

Article 2

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.

Royal Decree 8/80 Issuing the Civil Service Law and its amendments,

and Royal Decree 104/85 Amending the Name of the Ministry of Environment and Its Mandates,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article 1

Major General Bakhit bin Said Al-Shanfari is hereby appointed Undersecretary of the Ministry of Environment and Water Resources for Environmental Affairs.

Article 2

Ali bin Mohammed Al-Jarwani is hereby appointed Undersecretary of the Ministry of Environment and Water Resources for Water Resources Affairs.

Article 3

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.
