after perusal of articles 14 and 64 of the Diplomatic and Consular Corps Law 50/74 issued on 7 December 1974,

have decreed as follows

Article 1

Counsellor Saud Salim Hassan Al-Ansi is hereby granted the title of ambassador, and is hereby appointed an ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary of Ours to the Republic of Djibouti.

Article 2

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.

after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,

and the Bilateral Agreement Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the Kingdom of Belgium for Air Services signed in Muscat on 20 February 1980,

have decreed as follows

Article 1

The mentioned Bilateral Agreement Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the Kingdom of Belgium for Air Services is hereby ratified.

Article 2

The mentioned agreement enters into force in accordance with the text of article 19 of it.

Article 3

The relevant government entities in the Sultanate shall, each within its mandate, implement the provisions of the mentioned agreement.

Article 4

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.

after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,

and Royal Decree 8/80 Issuing the Civil Service Law,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article 1

The salary of the first grade of the first circle of the General Schedule of Grades and Salaries attached to the mentioned Civil Service Law allocated to the position of Undersecretary of a Ministry or his equivalent is hereby increased as follows:

and the General Agreement for Economic, Technical, and Commercial Cooperation Among Member States of the Organisation of the Islamic Conference,

Sheikh Ibrahim bin Hamad Al-Harthy—the Permanent Representative of the Sultanate of Oman to the Organisation of the Islamic Conference—is hereby authorised to sign the mentioned General Agreement for Economic, Technical, and Commercial Cooperation Among Member States of the Organisation of the Islamic Conference.

Arabic We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments, and the Omani Banking Law 7/74 and its amendments, and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article 1

The authorised capital of the Central Bank of Oman is hereby increased from ten million Rial Omani to twenty million Rial Omani, provided that the paid-up capital is set at twenty million Rial Omani.

Article 2

The government shall pay half of the amount of the increase, amounting to five million Rial Omani, from the General Budget of the State and the remainder must be paid from the profits of the bank.

Article 3

All relevant entities shall implement this decree, each within its mandates.

Article 4
