Royal Decree 33/77 Establishing a Directorate General for Pharmacy and Medical Equipment in the Ministry of Health

We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State 26/75, Decree 13/76 amending it, and its annexes,

and the Civil Service Law 27/75,

and based on the matters presented to Us by the Minister of Health after its review by the Diwan of Legislation,

have decreed as follows

Article 1

A directorate general named the “Directorate General of Pharmacy and Medical Supplies” is hereby established in the Ministry of Health.

Article 2

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its publication.

and after perusal of the Civil Service Law 27/75,

and on the basis of matters presented to Us by the Minister of State and Wali of Dhofar after its review by the Diwan of Legislation,

have decreed as follows

Article 1

A directorate general named the “Directorate General of Water and Transport” is hereby established in the Wilayat of Dhofar in the Southern Region.

Article 2

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its publication.
