We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State promulgated by Royal Decree 101/96,

and the Law on the Classification of State Records and the Governance of Protected Places promulgated by Royal Decree 118/2011,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The attached amendments are hereby made to the aforementioned Law on the Classification of State Records and the Governance of Protected Places.

Article II

All that is contrary to the attached amendments, or in conflict with their provisions, is hereby repealed.

Article III

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the day following the date of its publication.

after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State promulgated by Royal Decree 101/96,

and the Amended Charter of the Organisation of the Islamic Conference signed by the Sultanate on 26 September 2008,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The aforementioned Amended Charter of the Organisation of the Islamic Conference is hereby ratified in the form attached.

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.

the Law on the Practice of the Pharmacy Profession and Regulating Pharmaceutical Enterprises promulgated by Royal Decree 41/96,

and after presentation to Majlis Oman,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The provisions of the attached Law Regulating the Practice of the Pharmacy Profession and Pharmaceutical Enterprises shall apply.

Article II

This decree shall be published in the Official Gazette.

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The attached amendments are hereby made to the aforementioned Civil Status Law.

Article II

All that is contrary to the attached amendments, or in conflict with their provisions, is hereby repealed.

Article III

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.
