Ministry of Social Development: Ministerial Decision 323/2025 Founding the Development Foundation for Social Responsibility of the Energy Sector

Based on the Civil Associations Law issued by Royal Decree 14/2000,

and in pursuance of public interest,

it is hereby decided

Article I

A civil association named the Development Foundation for Social Responsibility of the Energy Sector is hereby founded.

Article II

The summary of the constitution of the foundation must be published in the Official Gazette in accordance with the procedures followed in this regard.

Article III

This decision comes into force from the date of its issuance, and those concerned shall implement it.

Royal Decree 81/2025 Ratifying the Protocol on Amendments to the Agreement Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the Russian Federation on Trade, Economic and Technical Cooperation

We, Haitham bin Tarik, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State,

Royal Decree 19/95 Approving the Signing of and Ratifying the Agreement Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the Russian Federation on Trade, Economic and Technical Cooperation,

and the Protocol on Amendments to the Agreement Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the Russian Federation on Trade, Economic and Technical Cooperation signed in the city of Moscow on 22 April 2025,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The mentioned protocol is hereby ratified in the form attached.

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.
