We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State promulgated by Royal Decree 101/96,

and the Agreement between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the Republic of Moldova for the Avoidance of Double Taxation and the Prevention of Fiscal Evasion with Respect to Taxes on Income and on Capital signed in Muscat on 15 Rabi Al-Awwal 1428, corresponding to 3 April 2007,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The aforementioned agreement is hereby ratified.

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the day following the date of its publication.

have decreed as follows

Article I

Omani nationality is hereby reinstated to those named in the attached list.

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on 14 February 2004.

and the Law on the Expropriation for Public Benefit issued by Royal Decree 64/78,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The ownership of part of plot RM/1/25/16/1/71 is hereby expropriated for public benefit in accordance with the attached note and masterplan.

Article II

Competent entities may seize, through direct execution, the mentioned part and all establishments on it, in accordance with the provisions of the mentioned Law on the Expropriation for Public Benefit.

Article III

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.

and the Civil Service Law issued by Royal Decree 120/2004,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The Schedule of Grades and Salaries attached to the mentioned Civil Service Law is hereby replaced with the attached schedule.

Article II

An officer in service on the date of entry into force of this decree is entitled to the starting salary of the grade he occupies or the salary he receives—including any increase or allowance due—whichever is greater.

Article III

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on 1 January 2007.

The ownership of Plot 6 Block 23 Qurum–Bawshar, as specified in the attached note and masterplan, is hereby expropriated for public benefit.

Article II

Competent entities may seize, through direct execution, the plot of land in accordance with the provisions of the mentioned Law on the Expropriation for Public Benefit.

Article III

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.

The competent entities may seize, through direct execution, real estate and land necessary for the project, and all establishments on them, in accordance with the provisions of the mentioned Law on the Expropriation for Public Benefit.

Article III

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.
