after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State,

and the Agreement between the Sultanate of Oman and the Republic of Peru on Mutual Visa Exemption for Holders of Diplomatic, Special or Service Passports signed in the city of Muscat on 18 February 2021,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The aforementioned agreement is hereby ratified in the form attached.
