Royal Decree 51/2022 Amending Some Provisions of the Law of Public Notaries

Arabic

We, Haitham bin Tarik, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State,

and the Law of Public Notaries promulgated by Royal Decree 40/2003,

and after presentation to Majlis Oman,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The attached amendments of the aforementioned Law of Public Notaries shall be implemented.

Article II

All that is contrary to the attached amendments, or in conflict with their provisions, is hereby repealed.

Article III

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the day following the date of its publication.

Royal Decree 50/2022 Making Appointments in Royal Court Affairs

We, Haitham bin Tarik, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State,

the Law concerning the Employee System of the Diwan of Royal Court promulgated by Royal Decree 97/97,

and Royal Decree 49/2022 Adopting the Organisational Structure of Royal Court Affairs and the Powers of the Secretary General,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

Sheikh Said bin Hilal bin Ali Al-Khalili is hereby appointed Head of Human Resources, Finance, and Support Affairs with his same grade and financial entitlements.

Article II

Engineer Hilal bin Mohammed bin Humaid Al-Waily is hereby appointed Head of the Affairs of Horses, Camels, and Royal Farms and Gardens with the special grade.

Article III

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.

Royal Decree 49/2022 Regarding the Adoption of the Organisational Structure of Royal Court Affairs and the Powers of the Secretary General

We, Haitham bin Tarik, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State,

the Law of the Financial System of the Diwan of Royal Court promulgated by Royal Decree 128/91,

the Law on Pensions and End of Service Gratuity for Omani Employees of the Diwan of Royal Court promulgated by Royal Decree 86/96,

the Law concerning the Employee System of the Diwan of Royal Court promulgated by Royal Decree 97/97,

Royal Decree 44/2004 concerning the Adoption of the Organisational Structure of the Royal Court Affairs and the Powers of the Secretary General Relating to Its Administrative Divisions,

Royal Decree 27/2012 Adopting the Organisational Structure of the Royal Court Affairs,

and the System of the Administrative Apparatus of the State promulgated by Royal Decree 75/2020,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The organisational structure of the Royal Court Affairs is hereby approved in accordance with the attached annex.

Article II

The Secretary General of the Royal Court Affairs shall carry out the powers prescribed to the minister in the aforementioned Law of the Financial System of the Diwan of Royal Court, the Law on Pensions and End of Service Gratuity for Omani Employees of the Diwan of Royal Court, and the Law concerning the Employee System of the Diwan of Royal Court, and any other laws in regard to the administrative divisions subordinate to the Royal Court Affairs.

Article III

The aforementioned Royal Decrees 44/2004 and 27/2012 are hereby repealed, as well as all that is contrary to this decree or in conflict with its provisions.

Article IV

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.

Royal Decree 48/2022 Making Military Promotions and Appointments in the Internal Security Service

Arabic We, Haitham bin Tarik, the Sultan of Oman after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State, and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

Brigadier Mohammed bin Rabi bin Jamaan Al-Shujaibi is hereby promoted to the rank of Major General and appointed Assistant Head of the Internal Security Service for Operations.

Article II

Brigadier Saif bin Salman bin Salim Al-Shukaili is hereby promoted to the rank of Major General and appointed Assistant Head of the Internal Security Service for Administrative Support.

Article III
