We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
based on the matters presented to Us by the Minister of Education, and based on the provisions of article 17 of the Civil Service Law of 1975,
have decreed as follows
Article 1
The services of Amer Ali Omair are hereby transferred from the Foreign Ministry to the Ministry of Education.
Article 2
Amer Ali Omair is hereby appointed Undersecretary of the Ministry of Education.
Article 3
Those concerned shall implement this decree, and it must be published in the Official Gazette.

after perusal of article 10 of the Diplomatic and Consular Corps Law 50/74 issued on 7 December 1974,
and on the basis of matters presented to Us by the Minister of State for Foreign Affairs,
have decreed as follows
Article 1
Sayyid Ahmed Hamoud Al-Harthy is hereby appointed to the grade of Ambassador at the Foreign Ministry.
Article 2
The Minister of State for Foreign Affairs shall implement this decree, and it comes into force from 15 April 1976 and must be published in the Official Gazette.

In view of the importance We attach to the preservation of Our national heritage, and in order for the functions and duties of the Ministry of Omani Heritage to be comprehensive to the widest extent,
have decreed as follows
Article 1
The name of the “Ministry of Omani Heritage” is hereby changed to the “Ministry of National Heritage”.
Article 2
Those concerned shall implement this decree, and it must be published in the Official Gazette.
