Royal Decree 10/2025 Reinstating Omani Nationality

We, Haitham bin Tarik, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State,

and the Omani Nationality Law promulgated by Royal Decree 38/2014,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

Omani nationality is hereby reinstated to those named in the attached list.

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.

Arabic We, Haitham bin Tarik, the Sultan of Oman after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State, and Royal Decree 8/2025 Adopting the Organisational Structure of Royal Court Affairs, and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

Brigadier Dr Saif bin Zahir bin Saif Al-Salmi is hereby promoted to the rank of Major General and appointed Head of the Affairs of the Special Medical Unit in Royal Court Affairs.

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance. Issued on: 1 Rajab 1446 Corresponding to: 1 January 2025

Royal Decree 8/2025 Adopting the Organisational Structure of Royal Court Affairs

Arabic

We, Haitham bin Tarik, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State,

the System of the Administrative Apparatus of the State promulgated by Royal Decree 75/2020,

and Royal Decree 49/2022 Regarding the Adoption of the Organisational Structure of Royal Court Affairs and the Powers of the Secretary General,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The organisational structure of Royal Court Affairs is hereby adopted in accordance with the attached annex.

Article II

All that is contrary to this decree, or in conflict with its provisions, is hereby repealed.

Article III

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.

Royal Decree 7/2025 Appointing Advisors in the Private Office

Arabic We, Haitham bin Tarik, the Sultan of Oman after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State, and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

Hussain bin Ali bin Abdullatif is hereby appointed Advisor in the Private Office with the rank of minister.

Article II

Sayyid Dr Sultan bin Yarub bin Qahtan Al-Busaidi is hereby appointed Advisor in the Private Office with the rank of minister.

Article III
