Royal Decree 85/2025 Ratifying the Agreement Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the Islamic Republic of Iran on Joint Administrative Assistance in the Field of Customs

We, Haitham bin Tarik, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State,

and the Agreement Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the Islamic Republic of Iran on Joint Administrative Assistance in the Field of Customs signed in the city of Muscat on 27 May 2025,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The mentioned agreement is hereby ratified in the form attached.

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.

Administrative Decision 96/2025 regarding the temporary listing of Ahli Bank Co, rights issue, Financial Services Authority Decision 33/2025 dated 20 August 2025, approving the prospectus of Rights Issue and as per the approval of the allotment results as shown in the below table:

Article 1

Ministry of Social Development: Ministerial Decision 323/2025 Founding the Development Foundation for Social Responsibility of the Energy Sector

Based on the Civil Associations Law issued by Royal Decree 14/2000,

and in pursuance of public interest,

it is hereby decided

Article I

A civil association named the Development Foundation for Social Responsibility of the Energy Sector is hereby founded.

Article II

The summary of the constitution of the foundation must be published in the Official Gazette in accordance with the procedures followed in this regard.

Article III

This decision comes into force from the date of its issuance, and those concerned shall implement it.

have decreed as follows

Mansoor Jamal Malik is hereby granted Omani nationality and is hereby authorised to dually hold Omani nationality and British nationality.
