We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State promulgated by Royal Decree 101/96,

the Oil and Gas Law promulgated by Royal Decree 8/2011,

and the Petroleum Agreement signed on 19 March 2011 between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and Oman Oil Company for Exploration and Production LLC for Concession Block 60,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The aforementioned petroleum agreement is hereby approved.

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.

and the Memorandum of Understanding on Strategic Dialogue Between the Cooperation Council for the Arab States of the Gulf and the People’s Republic of China signed in Beijing on 4 June 2010,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The mentioned memorandum of understanding is hereby ratified.

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.
