We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State promulgated by Royal Decree 101/96,
the Law concerning the Employee System of the Diwan of Royal Court promulgated by Royal Decree 97/97,
and Royal Decree 27/2012 Adopting the Organisational Structure of Royal Court Affairs,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article I
Sheikh Said bin Hilal bin Ali Al-Khalili is hereby appointed Head of Planning and Human Resources Affairs with the special grade.
Article II
Abbas bin Abdullah bin Saleh Al-Bahrani is hereby appointed Head of Financial Affairs with the special grade.
Article III
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.
