We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State promulgated by Royal Decree 101/96,
and the Civil Service Law promulgated by Royal Decree 120/2004,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article I
Sayyid Mohammed bin Ahmed bin Said Al-Busaidi is hereby appointed an Advisor for Local Affairs in the Ministry of Interior with the special grade.
Article II
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.

Dr Samira bint Mohammed bin Moosa Al-Moosa is hereby appointed a Permanent Delegate of the Sultanate to the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO).
