We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,

the Commercial Companies Law 4/74 and its amendments,

and Royal Decree 10/89 Appointing Members to the Board of Directors of Gulf Hotels Company (Oman) Limited as Representatives of the Share of the Government,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The following are hereby appointed members of the Board of Directors of the mentioned Gulf Hotels Company (Oman) Limited as representatives of the share of the government:

1. Director of Cooperation Council Affairs at the Ministry of Commerce and Industry.

2. Director General of Planning at the Ministry of Finance and Economy.

Article II

The mentioned Royal Decree 10/89 is hereby repealed.

Article III

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.

after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,

and Royal Decree 8/80 Issuing the Civil Service Law and its amendments,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

In exception to the provisions of the mentioned Civil Service Law, those named in the attached list are hereby transferred to the first financial grade of the first cycle of the general schedule attached to the Civil Service Law.

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.

Royal Decree 38/86 Authorising the Signing of the Air Transport Agreement Between the Sultanate of Oman and the Swiss Confederation,

and the mentioned agreement signed in Muscat on 20 September 1986,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The mentioned Air Transport Agreement Between the Sultanate of Oman and the Swiss Confederation is hereby ratified.

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.

have decreed as follows

Article I

The Minister of Transport is hereby authorised to sign on behalf of the Government of the Sultanate of Oman the mentioned Agreement Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the Syrian Arab Republic for Air Services Between and Beyond Their Respective Territories.

Article II
