We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,

Royal Decree 34/87 Authorising the Signing of the Economic and Technical Cooperation Agreement and the Agreement on Encouragement and Reciprocal Protection of Investments Between the Government of the Sultanate and the Kingdom of the Netherlands,

and the mentioned agreements signed in Muscat on 19 September 1987,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article 1

The mentioned Economic and Technical Cooperation Agreement and the Agreement on Encouragement and Reciprocal Protection of Investments Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Kingdom of the Netherlands are hereby ratified.

Article 2

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.

the Commercial Companies Law 4/74 and its amendments,

and the constitutive contract and the articles of association of Salalah Hotels Company SAOC,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article 1

The following are hereby appointed members of the Board of Directors of Salalah Hotels Company SAOC as representatives of the share of the government:

1. Deputy Wali of Dhofar for Financial and Administrative Affairs.

2. Director General of Commerce and Industry in the Southern Region.

3. Director General of Finance in Salalah.

4. Director of Tourism at the Ministry of Commerce and Industry.

5. Director of the Office of the Minister of Commerce and Industry.

Article 2

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.

The Undersecretary of the Foreign Ministry for Political Affairs is hereby authorised to sign the mentioned Agreement Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the Republic of Tunisia on the Establishment of a Joint Committee.

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.
