Based on the Law on Food Safety promulgated by Royal Decree 84/2008,
and the Food Safety Regulation issued by Ministerial Decision 2/2010,
and in pursuance of public interest,
it is hereby decided
Article I
A new clause numbered 14 is hereby added to annex 2 (Violations and Administrative Fines) attached to the aforementioned Food Safety Regulation with the following text:

| 14 | Producing and/or importing and/or marketing of partially hydrogenated oils and food products in which these oils are used | 1,000 |
Article II
This decision shall be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force 3 (three) months from the date of its publication.
