We, Haitham bin Tarik, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State,
Royal Decree 30/2015 Establishing the Oman Centre for Governance and Sustainability and Issuing Its System,
the System of the Administrative Apparatus of the State issued by Royal Decree 75/2020,
and Royal Decree 20/2024 Establishing the Financial Services Authority and Issuing Its System,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article I
The Oman Centre for Governance and Sustainability is hereby abolished.Article II
The allocations, assets, rights, obligations, and holdings of the Oman Centre for Governance and Sustainability are hereby transferred to the Financial Services Authority.Article III
The officers of the Oman Centre for Governance and Sustainability are hereby transferred to the Financial Services Authority with their same financial grades.Article IV
All that is contrary to this decree, or in conflict with its provisions, is hereby repealed.Article V

We, Haitham bin Tarik, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State,
the System of the Administrative Apparatus of the State issued by Royal Decree 75/2020,
Royal Decree 71/2021 Adopting the Organisational Structure of the Diwan of Royal Court,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article I
The Directorate General of Medical Services is hereby transferred from the Diwan of Royal Court to the Ministry of Health.
Article II
All allocations, assets, rights, obligations, and holdings of the Directorate General of Medical Services are hereby transferred to the Ministry of Health.
Article III
Those occupying medical and allied health professions and other officials in the Directorate General of Medical Services are hereby transferred to the Ministry of Health with their same employment status, grades, and financial allocations.
Article IV
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.

after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State,
and the Law of the Diplomatic and Consular Corps issued by Royal Decree 22/2025,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article I
Minister Plenipotentiary Jameel bin Haji bin Ismail Al-Balushi is hereby granted the position of ambassador and appointed an ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary of Ours to the People’s Republic of Bangladesh.
Article II
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.

Royal Decree 3/2013 Establishing the Civil Defence and Ambulance Authority,
and the System of the Civil Defence and Ambulance Authority issued by Royal Decree 68/2014,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article I
Brigadier Sulaiman bin Ali bin Ahmed Al-Husseini is hereby promoted to the rank of Major General and appointed President of the Civil Defence and Ambulance Authority.
Article II
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.

The name “Secretary General in the Ministry of Defence” provided in the mentioned Royal Decree 10/2021 is hereby amended to “Secretary General of the Ministry of Defence”.

The name “Secretariat General for Military Affairs” provided in the organisational structure of the Royal Office is hereby amended to “Secretariat General of the Head of the Office of the Supreme Commander”.
Article II
Major General Sulaiman bin Khalid bin Sulaiman Al-Zakwani is hereby appointed Secretary General of the Office of the Head of the Office of the Supreme Commander.
Article III
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.

and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
