We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,
and the Memorandum of Understanding Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the State of Bahrain in the Fields of Sports and Youth signed in the city of Manama on 16 April 1996,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article I
The mentioned Memorandum of Understanding Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the State of Bahrain in the Fields of Sports and Youth is hereby ratified.
Article II
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.

after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,
and Royal Decree 2/94 Amending the Ministerial Formation,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article I
The Internal Regulation of the Council of Ministers is hereby adopted and applies in governing the internal work of the council from the date of issuance of this decree.Article II
All that is contrary to the mentioned regulation, or in conflict with its provisions, is hereby repealed.Article III

the Commercial Companies Law 4/74 and its amendments,
and Royal Decree 87/87 Appointing Representatives of the Government Share in the Board of Directors of the Oman Flour Mills Company (SAOG) and its amendments,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article I
The Minister of Commerce and Industry, in coordination with the Ministry of Finance, is hereby authorised to appoint the members of the board of directors representing the share of the government in Oman Flour Mills Company (SAOG).
Article II
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.

Royal Decree 79/87 Establishing the Oman Fisheries Company and its amendments,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows

Article II of the mentioned Royal Decree 15/92 is hereby amended as follows:

The following are hereby appointed members of the Board of Directors of Oman Fisheries Company and representatives of the stake of the government:
– Minister of Regional Municipalities and Environment.
– Minister of Commerce and Industry.
– Minister of Electricity and Water.
Article II
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.
