We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,

Royal Decree 29/81 Recomposing the Development Council and Determining Its Mandates and Its Amendments,

and Royal Decree 94/91 Establishing Majlis Al-Shura,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The following are hereby appointed members of the Development Council:

– Minister of Health

– Chairman of Majlis Al-Shura

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.

the Commercial Companies Law 4/74 and its amendments,

and Royal Decree 65/91 Establishing Oman Chromite Company,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

Salim bin Mohammed bin Shaaban is hereby appointed Chairman of the Board of Directors of Oman Chromite Company.

Article II

The following:

– Mohammed bin Hussein bin Qasim Al-Yafei

– Khalifa bin Mubarak bin Ali Al-Hinai

are hereby appointed members of the Board of Directors of Oman Chromite Company.

Article III

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.

after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,

and Royal Decree 3/83 on the Law Governing Omani Nationality and its amendments,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

Anthan Bohari Tasm Maskin is hereby granted Omani nationality in accordance with the provisions of article 3 of the mentioned Law Governing Omani Nationality, and is hereby authorised to dually hold it with her original nationality.

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from 19 November 1991.

Royal Decree 42/74 Issuing the Oil and Minerals Law,

and the petroleum agreement between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and Compact Exploration Limited signed on 4 March 1992 between the Minister of Oil and Minerals on behalf of the Government of the Sultanate and the mentioned company,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The mentioned petroleum agreement signed on 4 March 1992 between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and Compact Exploration Limited is hereby approved.

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.

Royal Decree 101/91 Authorising the Signing of the Agreement Governing Air Services Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the Republic of Bulgaria,

and the mentioned agreement signed in Muscat on 11 January 1992,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The mentioned Agreement Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the Republic of Bulgaria for Air Services Between and Beyond Their Respective Territories is hereby ratified.

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.

after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,

and Royal Decree 8/80 Issuing the Civil Service Law and its amendments,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

In exception to the provisions of the mentioned Civil Service Law, Ali bin Tahir bin Muqibil—Director General of Oil and Minerals in the Governorate of Dhofar at the Ministry of Oil and Minerals—is hereby transferred to the first financial grade of the first circle of the general schedule.

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.

and Royal Decree 10/89 Appointing Members to the Board of Directors of Gulf Hotels Company (Oman) Limited as Representatives of the Share of the Government,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The following are hereby appointed members of the Board of Directors of the mentioned Gulf Hotels Company (Oman) Limited as representatives of the share of the government:

1. Director of Cooperation Council Affairs at the Ministry of Commerce and Industry.

2. Director General of Planning at the Ministry of Finance and Economy.

Article II

The mentioned Royal Decree 10/89 is hereby repealed.

Article III

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.

The Minister of Transport is hereby authorised to sign on behalf of the Government of the Sultanate of Oman the mentioned Agreement Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the Syrian Arab Republic for Air Services Between and Beyond Their Respective Territories.

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.
