Royal Decree 33/87 Appointing an Acting Chairman and a Deputy Chairman for the Musandam Development Committee

We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,

and Royal Decree 8/80 Issuing the Civil Service Law and its amendments,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article 1

The Minister of Transport is hereby appointed Acting Chairman of the Musandam Development Committee.

Article 2

Sayyid Mahmoud bin Hamoud bin Nasr Al-Busaidi is hereby appointed Deputy Chairman of the Musandam Development Committee with the grade of undersecretary of a ministry.

Article 3

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.

We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

Sayyid Al-Mu’tasim bin Hamoud Al-Busaidi is hereby appointed Minister of State for Defence Affairs.

Article II

Mohammed bin Ali Al-Qatabi is hereby appointed Minister for Regional Municipalities Affairs.

Article III

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.
