We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,
and Royal Decree 8/80 Issuing the Civil Service Law and its amendments,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article 1
Sayyid Harib bin Hamad bin Saud Al-Busaidi is hereby appointed Undersecretary of the Ministry of Education and Youth for Youth Affairs, transferred from the Governorate of the Capital.
Article 2
Sayyid Sami bin Hamad bin Hamoud Al-Busaidi is hereby appointed Deputy Governor of the Capital.
Article 3
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.
