Nasser Mohammed Al-Wahaibi is hereby appointed Deputy Head of the Diwan of Royal Court Affairs for Administrative, Financial, and Transportation Affairs.

Article 2

The Organisational Structure of the Diwan of Royal Court Affairs issued by the mentioned Royal Decree 16/83 is hereby amended in accordance with the preceding article.

Article 3

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.

We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,

and Royal Decree 62/76 Recomposing the Water Resources Council,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article 1

The Minister of State and Governor of Dhofar is hereby appointed as a member of the Water Resources Council.

Article 2

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.

Royal Decree 35/83 Transferring the Director General of Fisheries in the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries to the Financial Grade Designated for the Undersecretary of A Ministry

We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,

and Royal Decree 8/80 Issuing the Civil Service Law and its amendments,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article 1

In exception to the provisions of the mentioned Civil Service Law, Abdullah Ali Baktheer—Director General of Fisheries at the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries—is hereby transferred to the first financial grade of the first circle of the general schedule designated for an undersecretary of a ministry with his same current position, as of 1 March 1983.

Article 2

The relevant entities shall implement this decree, and it must be published in the Official Gazette.

and Royal Decree 44/80 Issuing the Diplomatic and Consular Corps Law,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article 1

Counsellor Mohammed Hamad Mohammed Al-Harthy is hereby granted the title of ambassador, and is hereby appointed an ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary of Ours to the Somali Democratic Republic.
