We, Haitham bin Tarik, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State promulgated by Royal Decree 101/96,

and the Air Service Agreement between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the Republic Uzbekistan and the protocol attached to it signed in the city of Muscat on 5 October 2009,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The aforementioned agreement and protocol are hereby ratified in the form attached.

Article II

This decree shall be published in the Official Gazette and shall come into force on the date of its issuance.

and the Agreement between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the Republic of India on Maritime Transport signed in Muscat on 24 December 2019,

and after presentation to Majlis Al-Shura,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The aforementioned agreement is hereby ratified in the form attached.

Article II

This decree shall be published in the Official Gazette and shall come into force on the date of its issuance.

and the Nairobi International Convention on the Removal of Wrecks 2007,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The accession of the Sultanate of Oman to the Nairobi International Convention on the Removal of Wrecks 2007 is hereby approved in the form attached.

Article II

Competent bodies shall deposit the instrument of accession for the aforementioned convention in accordance with its provisions.

Article III

This decree shall be published in the Official Gazette and shall come into force on the date of its issuance.

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The accession of the Sultanate of Oman to the International Convention on Civil Liability for Bunker Oil Pollution Damage 2001 is hereby approved in the form attached.

Article II

Competent bodies shall deposit the instrument of accession for the aforementioned convention in accordance with its provisions.

Article III

This decree shall be published in the Official Gazette and shall come into force on the date of its issuance.

The accession of the Sultanate of Oman to the International Dates  Council is hereby approved.

Article II

Competent bodies shall deposit the instrument of accession for the International Dates Council in accordance with its Primary System.

Article III

This decree shall be published in the Official Gazette and shall come into force on the date of its issuance.

and the Protocol Amending Some Provisions of the Air Transport Agreement between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the State of Qatar signed in Muscat on 16 April 2018,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

The aforementioned protocol is hereby ratified in the form attached.

Article II

This decree shall be published in the Official Gazette and shall come into force on the date of its issuance.
