and the approval of the Council of the University of Technology and Applied Sciences,
and in pursuance of public interest,
it is hereby decided
Article I
The provisions of the attached Academic System for Postgraduate Studies for the Master’s Degree at the University of Technology and Applied Sciences hereby apply.
Article II
The Academic System for Postgraduate Studies for the Master’s Degree is applicable to all students enrolled in postgraduate studies at the University of Technology and Applied Sciences as of the academic year 2024/2025.
Article III
This decision must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the day following the date of its publication.

have decreed as follows

The aforementioned agreement is hereby ratified in the form attached.
Article II
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.
