Arabic We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State promulgated by Royal Decree 101/96, and the Law Governing the Foreign Ministry promulgated by Royal Decree 32/2008, and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

Ambassador Emad bin Hamoud bin Salim Al-Abri, Our ambassador to the Federal Republic of Brazil, is hereby appointed a non-resident ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary of Ours to: the Republic of Argentina, the Oriental Republic of Uruguay, the Republic of  Paraguay, the Republic of  Ecuador, the Republic of Peru, the Republic of Bolivia, the Republic of  Chile, the Republic of  Suriname, the Republic of  Guyana, the Republic of Colombia, and the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela.

Article II

This decree shall be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance. Issued on: 16  Jumada Al-Awwal 1440 Corresponding to: 23 January 2019

Arabic We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State promulgated by Royal Decree 101/96, the Oil and Gas Law promulgated by Royal Decree 8/2011, Royal Decree 87/2011 Approving the Petroleum Agreement between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and Allied Petroleum Exploration Inc for Block 36, Royal Decree 51/2013 Approving the Assignment by Allied Petroleum Exploration Inc of 75% of its Rights and Obligations in the petroleum agreement Signed on 10 August 2011 for Block 36 to DNO Oman AS, Royal Decree 15/2017 Approving the Assignment by DNO Oman AS of All of its Rights and Obligations in the petroleum agreement Signed on 10 August 2011 for Block 36 to Allied Petroleum Exploration Inc, and the collection of documents by which Allied Petroleum Exploration Inc assigned all of its rights and obligations in the petroleum agreement signed on 10 August 2011 for Block 36 to APEX Oman (Block 36) Inc, which accepts this assignment, and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The assigned by Allied Petroleum Exploration Inc of all its rights and obligations in the petroleum agreement signed on 10 August 2011 for Block 36 to APEX Oman (Block 36) Inc is hereby approved.

Article II

Royal Decree 18/2012 Approving the Petroleum Agreement between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and Oman Oil Exploration and Production LLC for Block 42,

and the collection of documents by which Oman Oil Exploration and Production LLC assigned 50% of its rights and obligations in the petroleum agreement signed on 11 October 2011 for Block 42 to Shell Oman Exploration and Production BV, which accepts this assignment,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The assigned by Oman Oil Exploration and Production LLC of 50% of its rights and obligations in the petroleum agreement signed on 11 October 2011 for Block 42 to Shell Oman Exploration and Production BV is hereby approved.

Article II

This decree shall be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.

Royal Decree 72/2014 Approving the Petroleum Agreement between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman, Medico Arabia Ltd, and Intaj LLC for Block 56,

and the collection of documents by which Medco Arabia Ltd assigned a third of its rights and obligations of the petroleum agreement signed on 20 November 2014 for Block 56 to Biyaq Oilfield Services LLC, which accepts this assignment,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The assigned by Medco Arabia Ltd of a third of its rights and obligations in the petroleum agreement signed on 20 November 2014 for Block 56 to Biyaq Oilfield Services LLC is hereby approved. The final shares of the parties to the agreement shall be as follows:

50% for Medco Arabia Ltd

25% for Intaj LLC

25% for Biyaq Oilfield Services LLC

Article II

This decree shall be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.
