We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State promulgated by Royal Decree 101/96,

and Royal Decree 50/2016 Establishing the Implementation Support and Follow-Up Unit,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

Dr Khamis bin  Saif bin Hamoud Al-Jabri is hereby appointed Chairman of the Implementation Support and Follow-up Unit with the rank of minister.

Article II

This decree shall be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.

after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State promulgated by Royal Decree 101/96,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

A unit named the “Implementation Support and Follow-up Unit” is hereby established by virtue of this decree subordinate to the Minister of the Diwan of Royal Court.

Article II

The Implementation Support and Follow-up Unit shall have legal personality, shall enjoy financial and administrative independence, and shall have the capacity to own, manage, and dispose of immovable and movable property.

Article III

The Implementation Support and Follow-up Unit system shall be issued by Royal Decree.

Article IV

This decree shall be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.
