We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,
the Commercial Companies Law 4/74 and its amendments,
and the constitutive contract and the articles of association of Salalah Hotels Company SAOC,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article 1
The following are hereby appointed members of the Board of Directors of Salalah Hotels Company SAOC as representatives of the stake of the government:
1. Deputy Wali of Dhofar for Financial and Administrative Affairs.
2. Director General of Commerce and Industry in the Southern Region.
3. Director General of Finance in Salalah.
4. Director of Tourism at the Ministry of Commerce and Industry.
5. Director of the Office of the Minister of Commerce and Industry.
Article 2
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.

and the draft Agreement Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the Republic of Tunisia on the Establishment of a Joint Committee,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article 1
The Undersecretary of the Foreign Ministry for Political Affairs is hereby authorised to sign the mentioned Agreement Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the Republic of Tunisia on the Establishment of a Joint Committee.
Article 2
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.

Ambassador Abdullah bin Ahmed bin Salim Al-Marhoon—Our ambassador to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia—is hereby transferred to the headquarters of the Foreign Ministry.
Article 2
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.

have decreed as follows
Article 1
His Excellency Amer bin Ali bin Omair Al-Marhoobi is hereby appointed Advisor for Studies and Research Affairs of Sultan Qaboos University.
Article 2
The Minister of Education and Youth is hereby appointed Acting Vice-Chancellor of Sultan Qaboos University.
Article 3
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.
