We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article 1
The Organisational Structure of the Ministry of Housing is hereby adopted in accordance with the attached chart.
Article 2
The ministry shall exercise its powers through its various units and in accordance with its approved organisational structure. The committee currently responsible for examining real estate disputes within the ministry shall continue its work until a royal decree on the statute for resolving real estate disputes is issued.
Article 3
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.
