Arabic We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments, and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The Minister of Environment and Water Resources is hereby appointed as a member of the Development Council.

Article II

after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,

and Royal Decree 86/84 Issuing the Law and Statute of Government Tenders,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The Tender Board is hereby recomposed as follows:

– Advisor for Urban Planning Affairs	Chairman
– Minister of Housing	Deputy chairman
– Minister of Electricity and Water	Deputy chairman
– Minister of Regional Municipalities Affairs	Member
– Minister of Civil Service	Member
– Undersecretary of Financial Affairs at the Ministry of Finance and Economy	Member
– Undersecretary of the Ministry of Transport	Member
– Undersecretary of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry	Member
– A representative of the relevant ministry	Member

Article II

The board shall exercise its powers in accordance with the provisions of the mentioned Law of Government Tenders and the Statute of Government Tenders issued by Royal Decree 86/84.

Article III

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.

after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,

and the Convention Establishing the Multilateral Investment Guarantee Agency which has been presented for signature,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The Ambassador of the Sultanate accredited to the United States of America is hereby authorised to sign, on behalf of the Government of the Sultanate, the mentioned Convention Establishing the Multilateral Investment Guarantee Agency.

Article II

All that is contrary to this decree is hereby repealed.

Article III

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.

have decreed as follows

Article I

Ambassador Ali bin Salim bin Bader Al-Hinai—Our ambassador to the Arab Republic of Egypt—is hereby appointed a non-resident ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary of Ours to the Islamic Federal Republic of the Comoros.

Article II

Ambassador Salim bin Mohammed bin Salim Al-Wahaibi—Our ambassador to the Republic of India—is hereby appointed a non-resident ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary of Ours to the Republic of Seychelles.

Article III

Ambassador Ali bin Abdullah Al-Musafer—Our ambassador to the Islamic Republic of Pakistan—is hereby appointed a non-resident ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary of Ours to both the People’s Republic of Bangladesh and Malaysia.

Article IV

Ambassador Muneer bin Abdulnabi bin Yousuf Makki—Our ambassador to the French Republic—is hereby appointed a non-resident ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary of Ours to the Portuguese Republic.

Article V

Ambassador Awadh bin Bader bin Marie Al-Shanfari—Our ambassador to the United States of America—is hereby appointed a non-resident ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary of Ours to the Argentine Republic.

Article VI

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.
