Arabic We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments, Royal Decree 59/84 Establishing Oman National Transport Company, the Commercial Companies Law 4/74 and its amendments, and the Articles of Association of Oman National Transport Company, and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article 1

The Board of Directors of Oman National Transport Company is hereby formed as follows:

1. Undersecretary of the Ministry of Transport for Roads, Ports, and Public Transport Affairs Chairman

2. Undersecretary of the Ministry of Regional Municipalities Affairs Member

3. Director General of Income and Investment in Financial Affairs of the Sultanate Member

4. General Supervisor of Public Transport Affairs at the Ministry of Transport Member

5. Assistant Inspector General of Police and Customs for Operations Affairs Member

6. Director General of Greater Muttrah Municipality Member

Article 2

Article 18 of the articles of association of the company must be amended in accordance with the provisions of this decree.

Article 3

The Minister of Transport shall implement this decree.

Article 4

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance. Issued on: 24 Rajab 1405 Corresponding to: 15 April 1985

and the Articles of Association of Oman Cement SAOG and its amendments,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

The Board of Directors of Oman Cement SAOG is hereby recomposed as follows:

Article 2

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.
