Based on Royal Decree 35/2014 Establishing the College of Sharia Sciences and Issuing Its System, the Internal Regulation of the College of Sharia Sciences issued by Decision 35/2018,

and the approval of the Board of Trustees of the College of Sharia Sciences,

 and in pursuance of public interest,

it is hereby decided

Article I

The provisions of the attached Scientific Research Regulation of the College of Sharia Sciences shall apply.

Article II

All that is contrary to the attached regulation, or in conflict with its provisions, is hereby repealed.

Article III

This decision shall be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the day following the date of its publication.

Based on the Aquatic Living Resources Law promulgated by Royal Decree 20/2019,

and the Executive Regulation of the Law of Sea Fishing and Protection of Aquatic Living Resources issued by Ministerial Decision 4/94,

and in pursuance of public interest,

it is hereby decided

Article I

The harvesting, possession, and trading of sea cucumbers is hereby banned for a period of three (3) years from the date of the implementation of this decision. Trading includes: Selling, buying, transporting, storing, exporting, and all associated activities during the period of the ban.

Article II

This decision shall be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the day following the date of its publication.
