Royal Decree 82/2005 Granting Omani Nationality

We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State issued by Royal Decree 101/96,

and the Law Governing Omani Nationality issued by Royal Decree 3/83 and its amendments,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

Omani nationality is hereby granted to those named in the attached list, from the date stated next to each name.

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette.

We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State issued by Royal Decree 101/96,

and the Judicial Authority Law issued by Royal Decree 90/99 and its amendments,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

Wilayat of Wadi Bani Khalid numbered 41 and Wilayat of Masirah numbered 42 are hereby added to the schedule stipulated in article 6 of the mentioned Judicial Authority Law.

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.

Arabic We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State promulgated by Royal Decree 101/96, and the Law Governing Omani Nationality promulgated by Royal Decree 3/83 and its amendments, and in pursuance of public interest,
