We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,

Royal Decree 47/80 Issuing the Law concerning the Employee System of the Diwan of Royal Court, its executive regulation, and its amendments,

Royal Decree 39/82 on the Protection of Public Property and the Avoidance of Conflict of Interest and its interpretation promulgated by Royal Decree 17/83,

Royal Decree 56/82 Issuing the Financial Law and its amendments,

Royal Decree 77/86 Issuing the Law Regulating the Accounting and Auditing Profession and its amendments,

and Royal Decree 8/88 Adopting the Organisational Structure of the Diwan of Royal Court and its amendments,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The attached Law of the Financial System of the Diwan of Royal Court shall apply.

Article II

The Minister of the Diwan of Royal Court shall issue the regulations and systems necessary to implement the provisions of this law.

Article III

This decree shall be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force as of 1 January 1992.

Arabic We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments, and Royal Decree 113/91 Establishing the Public Authority for Sports and Youth Activities, and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

His Excellency Ibrahim bin Hamoud Al-Subhi—Secretary General of the Supreme Committee for Conferences—is hereby appointed Acting Chairman of the Public Authority for Sports and Youth Activities.

Article II
