We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,

and the draft Agreement Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Kingdom of the Netherlands for the Avoidance of Double Taxation on Income Derived from International Air Transport Activity,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The Deputy Prime Minister for Financial and Economic Affairs is hereby authorised to sign on behalf of the Government of the Sultanate of Oman the mentioned agreement.

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.
