We, Haitham bin Tarik, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State,

and the Agreement to Amend the Protocol to the Agreement between the Sultanate of Oman and the International Atomic Energy Agency for the Application of Safeguards in the Framework of the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons signed in Vienna on 7 December 2016,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The aforementioned agreement is hereby ratified in the form attached.

Article II

Competent entities shall deposit the instrument of ratification in accordance with its provisions.

Article III

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.

the Agreement between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Cooperation Council for the Arab States of the Gulf Regarding the Headquarters of the Advisory Authority of the Supreme Council of the Cooperation Council for the Arab States of the Gulf, the Office of the Gulf Network for Quality Assurance in Higher Education in the States of the Cooperation Council, and the Centre for Translation, Arabisation, and the Promotion of the Arabic Language signed in Muscat on 3 July 2024,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The aforementioned agreement is hereby ratified in the form attached.

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.

Royal Decree 73/98 Approving the Accession of the Sultanate of Oman to the Vienna Convention for the Protection of the Ozone Layer and the Montreal Protocol on Substances That Deplete the Ozone Layer,

the Kigali Amendment 2019 to the Montreal Protocol on Substances That Deplete the Ozone Layer,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

 The aforementioned Kigali amendment is hereby ratified in the form attached.

Article II

Competent entities shall deposit the instrument of ratification for the aforementioned amendment in accordance with its provisions.

Article III

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.
