after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,

and article 9 of the Diplomatic and Consular Corps Law 44/80 issued on 21 May 1980,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Counsellor Salim Ismail Suwaid is hereby promoted to the grade of Ambassador at the Foreign Ministry.
