We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State promulgated by Royal Decree 101/96,
the Civil Service Law promulgated by Royal Decree 120/2004,
Royal Decree 31/2012 Establishing the National Centre for Statistics and Information,
and Royal Decree 33/2012 Establishing the Public Authority for Civil Aviation,
and in pursuanceof public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article I
Those named below are hereby appointed to the position following their name:
– Engineer Salim bin Nasser bin Said Al-Aufi, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Oil and Gas with his same grade and financial entitlements.
– Najib bin Ali bin Ahmed Al-Rawas, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Environment and Climate Affairs.
– Dr Ahmed bin Nasser bin Abdullah Al-Bakri, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries for Agriculture.
– Sheikh Ahmed bin Mohammed bin Nasser Al-Nadabi, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Civil Service for Civil Service Affairs.
– Dr Ishaq bin Ahmed bin Mohammed Al-Ruqaishi, Advisor in the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries with his same grade and financial entitlements.
– Dr Khalifa bin Abdullah bin Hamad Al-Barwani, Chief Executive Officer of the National Centre for Statistics and Information with the special grade.
– Dr Mohammed bin Nasser bin Ali Al-Zaabi, Executive President of the Public Authority for Civil Aviation with the special grade.
Article II
This decree shall be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.

We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State promulgated by Royal Decree 101/96,
the Civil Service Law promulgated by Royal Decree 120/2004,
and Royal Decree 97/2007 Establishing a Special Grade Named the “Supreme Grade”,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article I
Nasser bin Khamis bin Ali Al-Jashmi is hereby appointed Undersecretary of the Ministry of Finance and granted the special supreme grade.
Article II
This decree shall be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.
