We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,

Royal Decree 94/91 Establishing Majlis Al-Shura,

and Royal Decree 97/91 Issuing the Internal Regulation of Majlis Al-Shura,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The appointment of Saif bin Mohsin bin Hilal Al-Maamari as a member of Majlis Al-Shura, representative of the Wilayat of Dema Wa Taieen, is hereby approved.

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.

Royal Decree 8/80 Issuing the Civil Service Law and its amendments,

and Royal Decree 25/84 Governing the Criminal Judiciary and its amendments,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

In exception to the provisions of the mentioned Civil Service Law, Khalid bin Salim bin Said Al-Saidi is hereby transferred to the special grade and appointed Vice President of the Criminal Court in Muscat.

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.
