Royal Decree 68/2024 Ratifying the Air Services Agreement between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the Republic of Uganda

We, Haitham bin Tarik, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State,

and the Air Services Agreement between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the Republic of Uganda signed in the city of Kuala Lumpur on 23 October 2024,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The aforementioned agreement is hereby ratified in the form attached.

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.

We, Haitham bin Tarik, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State,

and the Air Services Agreement between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the Republic of Suriname signed in the city of Kuala Lumpur on 23 October 2024,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The aforementioned agreement is hereby ratified in the form attached.

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.

Authority for Public Services Regulation: Decision 44/2024 Issuing the Regulation of the Approved Tariff for the Connection and Supply of Electricity

Based on the Law on the Regulation and Privatisation of the Electricity and Related Water Sector promulgated by Royal Decree 78/2004,

the Regulation for the Distribution and Tariff of Electricity and Drinking Water issued by Ministerial Decision 7/86,

the Regulation of the Approved Tariff for the Connection and Supply of Electricity issued by Decision 6/2020,

and the approval of the Council of Ministers,

and in pursuance of public interest,

it is hereby decided

Article I

The provisions of the attached regulation hereby apply in regard to the approved tariff for the connection and supply of electricity.

Article II

The aforementioned Regulation of the Approved Tariff for the Connection and Supply of Electricity is hereby repealed, as well as all that is contrary to the attached regulation or in conflict with its provisions.

Article III

This decision must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on 1 January 2025.

Authority for Public Services Regulation: Decision 43/2024 Issuing the Regulation of Cost Reflective Tariff

Based on the Law on the Regulation and Privatisation of the Electricity and Related Water Sector promulgated by Royal Decree 78/2004,

the Regulation of Cost Reflective Tariff issued by Decision 5/2020,

and the approval of the Council of Ministers,

and in pursuance of public interest,

it is hereby decided

Article I

The provisions of the attached Regulation of Cost Reflective Tariff hereby apply.

Article II

The aforementioned Regulation of Cost Reflective Tariff is hereby repealed, as well as all that is contrary to the attached regulation or in conflict with its provisions.

Article III

This decision must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the day following the date of its publication.
