We, Haitham bin Tarik, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State,
and the Agreement between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the Republic of Chile on the Mutual Visa Exemption for Holders of Diplomatic, Special, Service, and Official Passports signed in the city of Cairo on 22 March 2022,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article I
The aforementioned agreement is hereby ratified in the form attached.
Article II
This decree shall be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.

Based on the Law on Food Safety promulgated by Royal Decree 84/2008,
and the Food Safety Regulation issued by Ministerial Decision 2/2010,
and in pursuance of public interest,
it is hereby decided
Article I
A new clause numbered 14 is hereby added to annex 2 (Violations and Administrative Fines) attached to the aforementioned Food Safety Regulation with the following text:

Article II

Royal Decree 31/2012 Establishing the National Centre for Statistics and Information,
the System of the National Centre for Statistics and Information promulgated by Royal Decree 40/2014 ,
and the System of the Administrative Apparatus of the State promulgated by Royal Decree 75/2020,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article I
The text of article 1 of the aforementioned Royal Decree 31/2012 is hereby replaced with the following text: “A centre named the ‘National Centre for Statistics and Information’ is hereby established subordinate to the Council of Ministers.”Article II
The phrase “Minister of Economy” is hereby replaced with the phrase “Council of Ministers” wherever it occurs in the aforementioned System of the National Centre for Statistics and Information.Article III
All that is contrary to this decree, or in conflict with its provisions, is hereby repealed.Article IV
